Abstract/Summary:
As the most important and basic part of the logistics management of colleges and universities, the canteen is closely related to the life of the students. In recent years, due to the efficient expansion of enrollment and the rapid development of the market economy, the management of canteens in colleges and universities has gradually shifted from the traditional mode to marketization and socialization.Students’ dining in the cafeteria and satisfaction with the university canteen are closely related to the construction of a harmonious campus.Satisfaction can also improve the management level of the canteen so that students can enjoy better services. In order to explore the influence of the change of management mode made by colleges and universities on the dining situation and satisfaction of students, this paper selects the canteen of Puhe Campus of Liaoning University as the specific research object, and the data and consumption of the school before and after the management of No.1-4 canteen management.Based on the degree of satisfaction, combined with theoretical knowledge and the operating characteristics of restaurants in Puhe Campus of Liaoning University, the paper analyzes the specific effects before and after the reform of the canteen management mode in Puhe Campus. After comprehensive comparison,it was found that the dining halls of the self-operated canteens after the reforms had a positive change with the degree of thoroughness of the reforms in the dining conditions of the students, the turnover of the restaurants, and the price and the richness of the dishes. The meal rate generally increased by 10%.Above,the price of vegetables has been reduced by 17%-30%,and the turnover has increased by about30%.After comprehensive reform, the students’ dining situation in the cafeteria has been greatly improved. The operation of the canteen has gradually changed after the reform. For the better. The gradual improvement of students’ dining situation does not mean that students are very satisfied with the reform of the canteen. In order to explore the omissions and problems in the reform of the school, this paper establishes satisfaction with the restaurant after the reform of the canteen management based on the satisfaction theory and the performance model. The model also designed a series of questionnaires to distribute questionnaires and analyze the collected information to students who ate in the dining hall No.1-4 during the meal.On the basis of determining the validity and universality of the survey data,we found the factors that reduce the students’ satisfaction with the canteen through the mathematical model method. It is found that the students are very satisfied with the quality of the food in the cafeteria, and the service quality is satisfactory, but the cafeteria The dining environment is less than 4(satisfactory).The results of these analyses indicate that the management of the student canteen in the Puhe campus still has the defects of service quality, dining environment and hardware conditions. It is necessary for the school to pay attention to the feedback from the students and continue to work hard to strengthen the work. The quality and working ability of the personnel establish a long-term system for the healthy development of the restaurant.
