Empirical Study On Air Quality And Influencing Factors In Hebei Province

With the continuous acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,air quality,air pollution and other environmental issues have become one of the hot issues of concern to the whole society.Hebei province is a big economic province of our country,and it is also a region with serious air pollution.In recent years,too much emphasis has been placed on speeding up the speed of economic development and neglecting the simultaneous improvement of economic benefits,which leads to the severe test of the environment in the whole province.Rapid industrialization and urbanization lead to regional and perennial air pollution.Air pollution has become a major constraint for Hebei to move towards a more competitive province.In recent years,the Hebei provincial government has adopted a variety of air pollution prevention measures,atmosphere Pollution has achieved some results,but air quality has not improved significantly.Therefore,how to improve the air quality effectively and reduce the emission of air pollutants is still the key link of the coordinated and sustainable development of economy and environment in Hebei Province.This paper selects the panel data of 11 districts and cities in Hebei Province from 2014 to 2017 to carry on the following analysis: first,using descriptive statistical analysis and Tyr index to analyze and calculate the temporal characteristics and spatial regional differences of atmospheric pollutants;second,using exploratory spatial data analysis method(ESDA)to measure the spatial correlation and spatial agglomeration of air quality;third,constructing PM2.5 and PM10 spatial panel models to analyze the spatial effects of influencing factors on air quality in Hebei Province,respectively;Fourth,the paper discusses the policy suggestion of air quality control in Hebei province by combining the spatial effect of influencing factors.Findings As a whole,the air pollution in Hebei Province shows a downward trend,but there is still a serious phenomenon of air quality exceeding the standard,and the air pollutants have the periodic characteristics of U type and the seasonal characteristics of winter,high summer and low.According to the Thiel index,the regional difference of air pollution in Hebei Province is obvious,mainly due to the imbalance of urban economic development in each region.From the exploratory spatial data analysis method,the air quality of Hebei Province has significant spatial positive correlation,and the spatial correlation is gradually increasing,and the air quality of each district and city in Hebei Province presents a high value agglomeration and a low value agglomeration state in space.Based on the space panel model,Hebei Province is empty There is a significant spatial spillover effect on gas quality,and the per capita regional gross domestic product,green cover area and the number of public steam(electric)vehicles have a significant effect on reducing air pollution;the proportion of secondary industry,urban population density and smoke(dust)emissions have an inhibitory effect on the improvement of air quality.Therefore,the air quality can be improved by improving the economic level,strengthening the construction of urban greening,adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure and advocating the green lifestyle,which provides a strong reference for Hebei Province to control air pollution.
