The Research On Optimization Method Of Oil And Gas Development Planning Based On Project

Oil and gas development planning is a vast and complex system engineering and an important part of oil field development process management.With China’s oil industry from the planned economy system to market economic system,the sense of optimization is continuously strengthened,and the economic evaluation changes from a single oil field level estimate to multiple levels and the whole process.The market is more integrated.In the face of new demands and challenges,based on the requirements of upstream development planning,this paper draws on the advanced planning system of international oil companies,introduces the concept of project,and determines the maturity of projects,divide the type of projects and specify its specific work content and key nodes based on the status and progress in development.Establish the corresponding relationship between project types and reserves/resources in the SPE-PRMS oil and gas resource management system and use the forecast results of development indicators based on projects to implement program review and economic benefit evaluation for each project.Further implementation of the project.According to the benefit evaluation classification standard of projects,according to the main problems existing in each project,the direction of differentiated measures is proposed so as to make decisions and judgments for the next step of the oil field in accordance with market economy conditions.Through theoretical research and application of Argentina’s A item,an optimization method for oil and gas development planning based on project was finally formed.It provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for oil companies to optimize the planning method,adjusts the asset structure,control the effective flow of investment.
