Internet of things(IOT)technology,which is on the basis of internet technology and joined with node perceptual layer,focusing on the functions of data fusion,information processing and intelligent decision,is intended to achieve the connections of various objects to the internet.At present,there are many application requirements for the technology of IOT in the fields of smart agriculture,smart city,smart transportation,smart home and so on,which is under hot discussion.Hazardous chemicals storage warehouse,storage tank and so on have higher requirements for the meteorological environments,which are particularly sensitive to physical shocks or collisions,as temperature,humidity,sunlight,dust concentration and so on have important effects on the safety of them.For this reason,this thesis aims at the requirement of safety monitoring for storage facilities of dangerous chemicals,focusing on the research on key technology on IOT for environmental monitoring.The main research of this paper is as follows:(1)The research background and the current research situations of development of IOT technology have been introduced in this thesis.The detailed design proposal of IOT system for environment monitoring is confirmed,which includes the design proposals of passive wireless impact sensing nodes,local area network communication,wide area network communication and data platform.(2)The working principle of passive wireless impact sensing nodes is researched in this thesis.The structure design and fabrication of sensors is completed while the power management circuit and RF communication module circuit are designed completely.The functions of acquisiting and processing impact sensing data are realized in no power supply environment in this thesis.(3)The design proposal of IOT terminal hardware platform is researched,which includes the proposals of regional coverage monitoring hardware platform and fixed-point direct-connect monitoring hardware platform,accomplishing the debugging of whole hardware system.(4)The design proposal of software system is researched,which includes the proposals of the software of passive wireless impact sensing module,the software of regional coverage monitoring system and the software of fixed-point direct-connect monitoring system,achieving the data link communication of sensing data stream from sensor to LAN,from LAN to WAN and through WAN to cloud platform.(5)The experiment test platform is constructed,with which the performance tests of IOT system for environment monitoring are carried out.Test results show that passive wireless impact sensor can monitor and respond to physical impact,and the energy it produced can meet the supply demand of wireless data transmission about 20 m.And,real-time monitoring of environmental parameters such as light,temperature,humidity and dust can be realized by regional coverage monitoring system and fixed-point direct-connect monitoring system,between which and cloud platform the data and instruction interaction is normal and stable.
