There are large differences in local sweat distribution,heat distribution,skin stretch rate distribution,etc.For the characteristics of different regions of the human body,full consideration of local differences in the human body,reasonable use of different performance fabrics and application to different parts of clothing,can be human body Partial body parts provide better comfort.In order to study the influence of the difference of knit fabric weaving structure on the comfort of sportswear,according to the distribution of sweating rate of the human body,the local weaving structure and distribution of knitted sportswear are rationally designed and developed to improve the comfort of sportswear.In this paper,six different knitted tissue woven pieces woven from 100% cotton yarn were developed by picking the structure of the woven structure of the hole and the ribs.Based on the sweating pattern of the female body,three sets of running sportswear with different knit tissue distribution were designed.Among the three sets of garments,the clothing CLOA is a control group,which is woven by a flat needle structure;the garment CLOB is an experimental group,which is made by weaving a hole and a flat needle structure,and is used to explore the structure of the collar.The influence of sportswear dress comfort.The structure of the CLOB's picking hole is divided into two types: the big hole and the small hole.Based on the human sweat map,it is distributed in different areas of the garment CLOB.The garment CLOC is the experimental group,which is made by picking holes,convex strips and flat needles.It is used to explore the influence of the rib structure on the comfort of sportswear.The distribution of the convex structure of the garment CLOC is the same as that of the garment structure of the clothing CLOB,and is within the distribution area of the size and the hole tissue.The real-life dressing experiment was conducted to study the changes and differences of ear canal temperature,heart rate,average skin temperature,under-cloth humidity,cardiopulmonary function,sweating rate and sweat evaporation rate under different dressing conditions,and combined with subjects' subjective heat.Feeling,skin wet feeling,sticky body feeling and overall dress discomfort score change,analysis of the influence of the hole and the rib structure on the comfort of sportswear.The main conclusions are as follows:Under the condition of wearing CLOB,the underclothing humidity of the subject's forequarters and hindquarters can be significantly reduced during exercise,but has no significant effect on the underarm humidity of the arms and leg areas.It shows that the structure of the picking hole distributed on the CLOB can significantly reduce the humidity under the clothes in the sweaty area of the human body.Under the condition of CLOB dressing,the subject's subjective thermal sensation score and skin wet sensation score were significantly reduced in the late stage of exercise,which proved that the distribution of the tissue structure on the CLOB can effectively promote sweat evaporation,help the body to dissipate heat,and alleviate subjective heat.Feeling and wet feeling of skin.Compared with CLOB,the subject's sweating and blouse adhesion sensation scores were significantly increased under the condition of CLOC,indicating that the CLOB internal ridge structure increased the sweating rate of the subjects and weakened the evaporation efficiency of sweat.It does not play a role in reducing the humidity under the clothes,the average skin temperature,and the subjective heat and moisture sensation score.In summary,this study explores the influence of the ribs and the hole-picking structure on the comfort of sportswear dressing by designing the distribution of different knitted fabric weave structures,and provides a theoretical basis for improving the dress comfort of running sportswear in the future.
