| Gradually, seamless fabric product line has broken into functional sportswear,protective equipment, medical service and other fields. Especially in the field offunctional sportswear, its functionality is no longer confined to develop moisturewicking, anti-bacterial deodorant, etc., but to a higher level of heart rate regulationand other development needs. Although many companies to improve the pressurefrom the style, sizes, flexible design, comfortable to adjust HRV, the factors of HRVare not only pressure, the fabric touch, friction and other factors are also important.The problem that how to expand the functionality of seamless sportswear and todevelop the HRV garment is urgent and significant.Pupa protein fiber with excellent comfort properties can effectively regulate HRV,but the physical and mechanical properties of this fiber are poor. Therefore, this studywas designed to optimize the mechanical properties of the pupa protein fabric andthen applied the fabric to HRV seamless sportswear. First, treat the veil of rawmaterials, woven proportion, organizational structure as the factor to designorthogonal experiment for studying the effects of various factors on the overallsample. Calculated the nearly goodness of fabrics by the gray near-optimal evaluationto select the fabric with the best overall performance. Development HRV featuresclothing by using HRV indexes, correlation analysis, factor analysis, regressionmethods, and comprehensive evaluation method.The main conclusions are divided into two aspects: on the one hand, calculate thenearly goodness of these fabrics by using orthogonal analysis and gray comprehensiveevaluation. Selected6fabrics with best performance from27samples. Conclusionsshow that the overall performances of pupa protein fabrics are better than other fabrics.On the other hand, proved the HRV data of "friction" and " jogging " is relevant. Themethod that using “friction "HRV to reflect " jogging "HRV is more convenient,avoiding unstable heart rate data. Then evaluate on the HRV data by Factor generalevaluation. Conclusions show the HRV regulation performance of “modal/pupa†isbetter than “cotton/pupa†fabric, and the pupa protein samples are better than others. Considering the process characteristics and the economic efficiency of enterprises,select C7(modal/Nylon,50:50,3+1) to develop the HRV seamless functionalsportswear.The results can expand the application fields of pupa protein, provide weavingprogram, test methods and comprehensive performance evaluation for HRV functionalsportswear development, and the results also can enhance the innovation and marketcompetitiveness of seamless garment business. |
