Sportswear is closely related to people’s lives.It is the focus of sportswear research to continuously improve the moisture wicking and comfort of clothing.In this study,the green yarn was used to develop a new 3-D knitted fabric for absorption and quick-drying,and the partition T-shirt was designed based on body sweating regularity.The absorption and quick-drying performance test and subjective and objective comfort evaluation of knitted fabrics and T-shirts are carried out from physical and psychological perspectives.The research contents and results are as follows:Tencel,recycled polyester,hollow polyester and Du Pont Sorona?high-stretch yarn are selected as raw materials.The new 3-D moisture conduction structure model is designed to develop double-side fabrics of changed spacer knitted structure,which is combined with single-side flat knit structure fabrics,areolar structure fabrics and double-side spacer knitted structure fabrics to compare the basic properties such as surface density,thickness,tensile fracture performance and air permeability.Method for moisture management tests and combination tests are used to analyze absorption and quick-drying performance of the fabrics.The results show that single-side fabrics are light and loose,have good air permeability.Among them,the mixed knitted fabrics of tencel/recycled polyester filament with flat knit structure has excellent absorption and quick-drying performance.In the double-side fabrics,when the tightness of the skin contact surface of the fabric decreases,the one-way transmission capacity of sweat increases,the water absorption rate of the fabric increases,and the wicking height decreases.Double-side fabrics have higher moisture evaporation rate and evaporation capacity and lower moisture permeability than single-side fabrics.The moisture evaporation rate of 18 tex tencel and 33.3 tex(96 f)recycled polyester filament weft knitted spacer fabrics is the fastest.Among the double-side fabrics of changed spacer knitted structure,the surface density and thickness of the mixed fabrics of tencel and recycled polyester filaments are smaller,and their tensile breaking performance and air permeability are better.The fabric of 18 tex tencel and33.3 tex(96 f)recycled polyester filament has the highest water absorption and moisture permeability,reaching 436%and 7392.933 g/m2·d,respectively.Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the absorption and quick-drying performance of the fabrics are comprehensively ranked.The results show that the fabric of 18 tex tencel and 33.3 tex(96 f)recycled polyester filament with changed spacer knitted structure has the best absorption and quick-drying performance,and its moisture transfer performance index of soaking surface and permeation surface is above grade 3,which belongs to fast-absorbing and fast-drying knitted fabric.The moisture absorption and drying performance of tencel/hollow polyester and Tencel/Dupont Sorona?fabric are worse than that of 18 tex tencel and 33.3 tex(96 f)recycled polyester filament fabric with changed spacer knitted structure.The partitioned T-shirt is designed according to body sweating regularity.the four fabrics with the best absorption and quick-drying performance are applied to 1-4areas of the T-shirt according to the gradient of sweating.The fabrics in each area are18 tex tencel and 33.3 tex recycled polyester filament changed spacer knitted fabric,18 tex tencel and 16.7 tex recycled polyester filament flat knitted fabric,18 tex tencel and 16.7 tex recycled polyester filament changed spacer knitted fabric and 18 tex tencel and 16.7 tex recycled polyester filament areolar structure fabric.The non-partition design T-shirt with areolar structure was used as the control sample.Infrared imaging monitoring method and subjective comfort survey method are used to carry out the human wearing exercise experiment,it is concluded that the partitioned T-shirt designed with body sweating regularity has the strongest sweat absorption ability,the fastest drying speed.It is comfortable to wear,non-sticky and has no cooling sensation.The partitioned T-shirt has excellent absorption and quick-drying performance and wearing comfort property.
