The environmental problem is one of the problems that countries face in the development and utilization of mineral resources,and China and Mongolia,which are developing countries,can't avoid this problem.Since China's "One Belt and One Road" strategy,Mongolia has attached great importance to the development of mineral resources and the cooperation of environmental protection.Under such a background,through a comparative study of the Mineral Resources Law between China and Mongolia,the two countries can understand each other more about the relevant provisions of this law on the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources,and better realize the value of mineral resources,especially the ecological value.And then maximize its role in the cooperation between the two countries.This paper makes a comparative study of the regulations of the Mineral Resources Law of China and Mongolia on environmental protection based on five parts.In the first part,taking the point of time as the dividing line,the process of the emergence and gradual perfection of the Mineral Resources Law between the two countries is explained in detail.The second part clarifies the necessity of carrying ecological value of Mineral Resources Law from the perspective of sustainable development theory,circular economy theory and other basic theories.The third part is the main content of this paper,which introduces the contents of environmental protection in the Mineral Resources Law of the two countries respectively and makes a comparative analysis.Part IV and part V illustrate the environmental protection provisions of the current Mineral Resources Law of the two countries with a case study.Existing problems and mutual inspiration.
