Research On Environmental Policy Tools In The Process Of Mineral Resources Exploitation In China

The development of mineral resources has played a crucial role in the economic development of our country.While driving the rapid economic development,it has also brought a series of environmental problems.China’s existing alternative environmental policy tools can be divided into order-controlled environmental policy tools,economic incentive-based environmental policy tools,and social participationbased environmental policy tools.This article takes the three environmental policy tools in the development of mineral resources as the theoretical basis,uses system analysis and comparative analysis to analyze the changes in environmental policy tools in different periods of mineral resource development,and different environmental policy tools vary in different periods.The current status of application focuses on the analysis of the problems and causes of these three environmental policy tools in the process of selection and implementation,as well as the experience provided by foreign environmental policy tools.Through induction,the mineral resources development environment in China will be developed in the future.The formulation and selection of policy tools provides some suggestions,and lays the foundation for better realization of the optimal governance of the environment.The application of environmental policy tools in our country is not balanced,and there are different problems in the application process.Based on the experience of foreign countries,we must optimize the existing environmental policy and policy tools and shape the choice of environmental policy tools.The Environment to achieve a variety of environmental policy tools to optimize the choice,the formation of an internal complement each other,external coordination of the environmental policy tool box,in order to better achieve China’s mineral resources in the development process of environmental protection objectives.
