Problems And Countermeasures Of The Management Of Mineral Resources Development In County A

With the continuous development of mineral resources and widely used in human production and life,the scientific management of mineral resources development is becoming more and more important,which has become an important guarantee for the sound and rapid development of various regions.As an important state-owned resource,mineral resources are non renewable.The government's management system of exploration,exploitation and protection of mineral resources is related to the people's livelihood and economy of the country and local areas.Based on the empirical investigation and Research on the development and management of mineral resources,this paper actively seeks for a scientific plan for the development and management of mineral resources.Taking county A as an example,through the investigation of the management department of mineral resources development,mining enterprises and the villagers in the mining area,this paper sums up the shortcomings of the management of mineral resources development in county A in terms of geological exploration,the development of deep processing industry,the construction of management team,the protection of mineral resources,the supervision and inspection of mines and the protection and management of the ecological environment of mines,and further analyzes the management department and mining enterprises the reasons for the existing problems in the policies of industry and mineral resources development,and the experience from the advanced places of mineral resources development and management at home and abroad are summarized.Finally,targeted strategies and suggestions are put forward.It is proposed that the top-level design and system construction should be carried out from the aspects of mineral resource planning,mineral resource management reform,etc.;the scientific management system should be established from the aspects of increasing enterprise guidance,enhancing enterprise management,strengthening the construction of management departments,and improving the capacity of resource protection,so as to finally achieve the goal of strengthening the management of mineral resource development.
