Shengli Oilfield has entered the later period of development. With the deepening of exploration and development, innovation of the sand control solved a great extent while facing some contradictions in different stages,but also meet the "bottleneck" problem.Especially for high clay sand reservoir, nowadays we mostly use “ acidizing(first)-sand control(second) method,or sand control(first)-acid izing(second) method”,“acidification three supporting”. Technologies have obtained the certain effect, but also have the following problems:(1) pre acidification can cause the damage of rock matrix, aggravate the formation sand production, lead to the low success rate of sand control or short effective period;(2) The conventional acidizing result in small particles migration, easy to cause the near wellbore zone and sand retention layer blockage, affect the productivity of oil well;(3) when conventional acidizing used in serious heterogeneous formation,acidizing treatment radius was smaller, acid liquid mainly entered into the high permeability layer, plugging removal effect was not obvious.In view of the shortcomings above, research of "acid carrying packing sand control technology" was put forward. Through the study of acid and rock reaction mechanism,developed a new type of composite sticky stable acid system which has better plug removal,clay is stable and good rheological property, as a kind of sand carrying fluid,when squeezing or fracturing packing sand control.Based on the analysis of the high clay reservoir characteristics and damage factors,through the study of acid and sandstone reservoir rock reaction mechanism, developed the main acid, thickening agent and additives, formed sticky stable acid system for the high clay reservoir. Completed the relevant performance evaluation according to the technical requirements; carried out acid carrying packing sand control process adaptability study,technology researched, construction parameter optimization designed?Further acid carrying sand technology in field pilot test was done,as a mature advanced high clay unconsolidated sandstone reservoir acid carrying packing sand control technology finally formed.
