At present,Shengtuo oilfield has entered the high water cut stage and the water ratio is up to 96.7% after 53 years' exploitation.The inhomogeneity between lanes and general water injection for long term make the interlayer contradiction is very prominent.And residual oil in the plane is complex and scattered,and the casing damage of some wells leads to poor injection production on the plane.After recent years analysis and adjustment,the recovery of Shengtuo Oilfield is up to 41.3% compare to Tuo 128 block's is only 27.4% since 1996,which has great potential in residual oil.Aiming at the problem of the development process,this paper through the research of Tuo 128 block geology,the basic structure,the block deposition etc.,analyzes the current status of the development of the waterflooding block,look for distribution of the residual oil in layers and find the problems existing in the development process,to find the main reason for the low recovery rate of Shengtuo oilfield Tuo 128 block for serious reservoir heterogeneity,plane and interlayer contradiction,flooded area.Given the enhanced oil recovery technology strategy,through the development and adjustment,stratified datas of cyclic waterflooding,analysis of oil well effect,judging water flooded layer,find potential layer(in order to determine the area),the next step of adjustment measures,achieve the purpose of stable production and water control.The paper puts forward some suggestions for development and adjustment,which can be used for reference in this area.
