In this paper, we take Yanchang Oilfield Bailangcheng block as an object, to study the efficiency of waterflood in this area,First, we have acknowledged the basic profile and reservoir geological characteristics through analyzing the production of the block, to evaluate the effect of waterflooding, we knew that the bailangcheng block have put into waterflooding since december 2004,the output per month was rising good from the start and now was maintianing well, water ratio was not changing to big, the performance of waterflooding was ideal, then we toke oil well as center to analyze waterflooding efficiency from every directions,we found that most efficient well are most located in the center part of reservoir, and unefficient well are located in the offside of reservoir.the more efficient diretions the more ideal of the perforamnces, the output and the water ratio are closely related to affect the efficient directions.According to bailangcheng production rearranging injection-production ratio over the years, combined with the study of formation pressure, the effects of formation pressure and water injection and production are kept in balance for efficient development, the results show that the formation pressure has been in a slow increasing trend, injection-production ratio remained flat trend, with the development of waterflooding, to maintain a reasonable level of formation pressure, injection tendency balanced, to ensure that the bailangcheng district develop stable. Finally, in order to better tap the potential of the oil field depth, reservoir management to strengthen the relevance and effectiveness, combined with the effect of waterflooding block analysis, develop a reasonable and perfect dynamic monitoring programs, as well as highly targeted adjustment measures.
