Due to a variety offactors: reservoir properties, well pattern for injection and production and developmentperiod, The reservoir suffers a series of problems: the whole flowing pressure of reservoir islower, ascending velocity of water is quicker in some area, the area of low production well islarger.Firstly, through the analysis of the static and dynamic data, it summarizes that thereservoir characteristics and the water-flooding situation of the reservoir change in differentregions at different stages. Through with experimental which analyses the waterfloodefficiency of control factors, which consist of waterflood multiples, displacement velocity,wettability, reservoir heterogeneity and permeability. By comparing the inspection wells andthe adjacent development wells, it analyzes the parameters: reservoir lithology, physicalproperties, oil-bearing properties, electrical properties whose variation law at waterfloodingdevelopment process. Secondly, it analyses longitudinal and plane of the water-floodedconditions of the reservoir, and summarizes water-flooded mode of the reservoir. Then it putsforward technology measures to improve the oil recovery, and formulates effectivedevelopment adjustment plan. For the poor development of the regions, it is necessary toimprove its water-flooding effect. On the one hand,it is necessary to ameliorate the waterabsorption condition. On the other hand, for good water-flooding condition changing thechemical profile should be implemented.By deploying infill wells, to further improve oilrecovery, it is guaranteed that the reservoir has high continuous development.
