Study On The Performance Evaluation System About Safety Production Supervision Of Dalian Municipal Government

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,China has entered the late stage of industrialization on the whole.With this,major production safety accidents still occur from time to time,and production safety has become an urgent social problem to be solved in China.The government has taken a variety of measures to solve the problem of production safety,such as reorganizing enterprises,banning illegal production and operation activities,establishing a standardized system for production safety,and strengthening the government’s supervision of production safety.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and build an indicator system for performance evaluation of local government safety production supervision,which promotes local government to strengthen safety production management,optimizes local government safety production management functions and reduce the incidence of safety production accidents.The subject about the performance evaluation system of government safety production supervision is a new subject in China,which is in the preliminary exploration stage.In this work,the matter of “building bridge" was deeply disscussed through the analysis of safety production supervision performance evaluation system of Dalian municipal government,the government safety supervision system and the performance of the system in the same dimension system,give full play to the safety regulation to improve the government performance evaluation system of production safety management level thereby.In this paper,the methods of theory research,questionnaires,interviews are used to analyze the present situation of safety production supervision performance evaluation in Dalian,to find out the current problems and reasons which exist in the safe production supervision performance appraisal in Dalian.At the same time,the Dalian municipal safety production supervision performance appraisal scheme is improved,production safety supervision performance evaluation system was put forward.It did the feasibility analysis,proposed some relevant supporting measures to guarantee the smooth implementation of the scheme.
