After the 1990 s,the performance evaluation system of enterprises has evolved from the traditional financial evaluation to the organic integration and interactive impact evaluation.Many enterprises have entered or are entering the era of strategic management and management.The foundations and methods face no small challenges in a complex and volatile environment.DT's performance evaluation system is a traditional quantitative evaluation system based on financial performance.It adopts fixed weights and evaluation criteria.With the development of enterprises,operators have the impulse to adjust financial indicators,resulting in conflicts at all levels of interest.Through the analysis of the problems and causes of DT's current performance evaluation methods,based on the financial performance evaluation method can not meet its development needs,we must implement the performance evaluation system improvement.Economic Value Added(EVA)is a value analysis tool and performance evaluation indicator based on the residual income theory proposed by Stern & Stewart Company in 1982.EVA considers the cost of equity capital and can better reflect the company's value and management level.Incentives for decision makers and managers to improve the efficiency of capital use.The advanced nature of the EVA evaluation system is in line with the management needs of DT.By integrating the EVA concept with the management of DT,the EVA performance evaluation method is introduced for research and analysis,and the performance evaluation system is redesigned to help DT establish.A suitable and perfect performance evaluation system will help the Group's capital to maintain and increase its value and realize the Group's development and growth.
