Research On The Application And Improvement Of LZ Steel EVA Performance Evaluation

Under the new economic normal,the general global economic growth slowdown,China’s economic growth in the face of double pressure of economic restructuring and upgrading and reduce the rate of external demand decline phenomenon,to resolve the problem of the decline in economic growth,the key is to play the role of promoting the development of economy,but the premise is the need a more realistic measure of the true level of business development,and for the lack of improvement,to achieve the harmonious unity of enterprise value and social development.SASAC as early as in 2009 promulgated the "Interim Measures" of the operational performance assessment of the person responsible for the central enterprises to create,through the introduction of EVA performance evaluation methods including iron and steel enterprises,supervise the industry of state-owned enterprises pay attention to their own ability to create value and long-term development ability and upgrade.However,the implementation of post evaluation method in EVA performance found that the incentive effect is not as good as expected,which is the crux of the SASAC of the EVA performance evaluation to develop a unified standard,although this approach is conducive to the evaluation method of EVA performance adjustment calculation and promotion,but the weak field accounting adjustments of defects and the capital cost rate,the calculated EVA value and can not really reflect the value creating ability and long-term development ability.Therefore,in order to better reflect the evaluation method of EVA performance on the enterprise value creation ability to reflect the level,it is necessary to calculate the rate of re establishing the EVA system characteristics of different industries and mature capital market capital cost,improve EVA performance evaluation method in application ability in china.Based on the above analysis,this paper first introduces the EVA performance evaluation indicators,and combs the domestic and foreign scholars’ theoretical research system on EVA.On this basis,the existing EVA performance evaluation methods and specific implementation effects of LZ steel are discussed,and the existing problems of EVA performance evaluation of SASAC are discussed,In view of these problems,the method of improving the performance evaluation of LZ steel EVA is put forward,By improving the method of EVA performance evaluation,the EVA value of LZ steel in recent five years is calculated again,And compare the original EVA value with the improved EVA value and the traditional performance evaluation method,Finally,according to the results of the improved EVA performance evaluation method,specific measures to improve the LZ steel EVA are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to improve the existing EVA performance evaluation methods of LZ steel,and make the application of EVA performance evaluation method more realistic to reflect the management level and value creation ability of LZ steel enterprises.
