Research On Performance Evaluation Improvement Of Hekou Oil Production Plant In Shengli Oilfield

Performance appraisal,as an important means of human resource management,plays an important role in personnel recruitment,promotion,training and reward.In recent years,with the improvement of enterprise management level,performance management has attracted more and more enterprises both at home and abroad.However,in China's large state-owned enterprises,production operations are often the main management and performance management has not received enough attention,the status quo is not optimistic,there are still many places need to be improved.Hekou Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield performance assessment including the assessment of each of the three units of oil production plant and all levels of management cadres in the process of assessment,implementation of performance appraisal management,there have been some problems,affects the performance effect.How to eliminate these negative factors and maximize the enthusiasm of employees is the main problem of performance appraisal research.Based on the above background,this paper based on literature evaluating performance at home and abroad,combined with the basic theory of performance appraisal in Shengli Oilfield of Hekou Oil production plant three subordinate units and cadres at all levels of management performance evaluation as the research object,from the assessment object setting,assessment index setting,assessment methods and other aspects of setting analysis and research,propose specific improvement.And from the organizational level,mechanism level pointed out that performance evaluation improvement measures,on the one hand for the performance evaluation of Hekou Oil production plant management level to provide reference,on the other hand for similar enterprises to provide some reference.
