The Study On Green Behavior Of Tourists And Its Management Countermeasures

Tourist green behavior refers to the behavior that tourists make in the course of tourism to protect the environment of scenic Resources and take the initiative to undertake social responsibility.In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standards,the development of tourism is unprecedented.However,the development of tourism contributes to the local economy,its brings a heavy burden to the environment of the region.At present,the Dazu Stone carving Scenic area has been upgraded,with the increasing number of visitors,the occurrence of bad behavior by tourists and the lag of the management system in the scenic spots,which has resulted in an increase in the burden of the core scenic spots and the damage to stone carvings and cultural relics.In order to deeply analyze the influencing factors and current characteristics of green behavior of tourists in Dazu stone carving area,to reduce the harm caused by tourist activities to the environment resources and stone relics of the scenic area,and to promote the sustainable development of the scenic area.Based on the value-normal-behavior theory and the theory of planned behavior,this paper puts forward four hypotheses about the green behavior of tourists,including the consciousness of cultural relic protection and the characteristics of tourists,by using fixed-point observation method,interview method and questionnaire method.This paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the cognition of green behavior of tourists and green behavior of tourists,and puts forward the corresponding management measures based on the results of the research and the problems existing in the management of scenic spots.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the tourist's cultural relic protection consciousness in Dazu stone carving area is deficient,the present situation of tourists' green behavior is not ideal,most tourists can only restrain their own behavior and do not want to stop others.(2)the consciousness of protecting tourists' cultural relics has a significant positive impact on tourists' green behavior,and the cognition of tourists' green behavior(the degree of recognition that green behavior has a positive effect on the environment and resources of scenic spots)has a significant positive impact on tourists' green behavior.Educational background has a significant positive impact on green behavior of tourists,and the higher the educational background,the stronger the green behavior intention of tourists.(3)Age,sex,visit experience,religious beliefs and green behavior of tourists have no correlation.This paper puts forward many management measures from the angle of restricting tourists' uncivilized tourism behavior and encouraging tourists' green behavior,including restricting tourists' uncivilized behavior,stimulating tourists' green behavior,improving the service quality of scenic spot,and proposing the management countermeasures based on the existing problems of Dazu stone scenic spot,but it is also useful for other types of scenic spots.
