With the acceleration of the transformation and upgrading of the garment industry,more and more traditional garment producing and processing enterprises have begun to introduce garment hanging system(GHS)production lines to improve their core competitiveness in response to “small-batch”,“short-period”,“multi-variety” and “high-quality” development trend of garment market.In order to improve the efficiency of garment production,this paper studies the key technologies of the GHS production line based on the upgrading project of automated garment production line,and deeply discusses the structure of GHS,and innovatively designs the invisible two-dimensional code which is applied to the hanger entry-and-exit station controlling and the AGV guidance of the GHS production line.The specific work content is as follows:(1)By comparing the garment production line against the traditional one showing the advantages of GHS in garment processing and producing,this paper comes up with the overall structure of GHS,and introduces the principle and function of the system in detail.The division and arrangement of production process is carried out,the composition of standard processing time is analyzed and the calculation formula is introduced to determine the takt time of the production line.Finally,the purpose of the balance control of the garment production line is analyzed,and the conditions of the process consolidation and the way of balance control are deeply studied.(2)The theories of hanger entry-and-exit station,AGV and invisible two-dimensional code are analyzed respectively.The development history,characteristics and methods of the hanger entry-and-exit station are introduced and the characteristics,application and the methods of AGV guidance are summarized.Then the paper thoroughly analyzes the technical characteristics,coding selection and application characteristics of the invisible two-dimensional code,and discusses the feasibility of the application of the invisible two-dimensional code technology in the control of GHS hanger entry-and-exit station and AGV guidance.(3)The related technical principles of the application of the invisible two-dimensional code in the garment production line are designed.According to the difference of the materials' acoustic impedance,the new invisible two-dimensional code,its scanning system and scanning method are designed.And the technical principles of the GHS hangers entry-and-exit station controlling and the AGV guidance are designed,and finally,the new AGV with the invisible two-dimensional code guiding is designed in detail.(4)According to the theoretical analysis and design results of technical principles,the experimental researches on the GHS hangers entry-and-exit station controlling,the materials handling AGV with the invisible two-dimensional code guiding and the practical teaching of GHS production line were conducted.
