In the new era,customers’ consumption ideas become more and more diversified and personalized.In order to meet the needs of consumers for customized services,product renewal iterates rapidly,and the following problem is the increase of abandoned products.The construction of national ecological civilization is facing unprecedented challenges.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the inventory-route optimization of closed-loop supply chain under carbon emission constraints.This paper discusses this from the following dimensions: The low-carbon supply chain emphasizes the goal of balanced dynamic supply chain management based on the constraints of economy,environment and society.With the minimization of freight,carbon emission cost,carbon quota mechanism and carbon tax mechanism,The supply chain models such as carbon quota and trade mechanism,carbon penalty mechanism and carbon compensation mechanism continue to develop and deepen.The selection and optimization of inventory-route in closed-loop supply chain under carbon emission constraint has become an important research direction of supply chain management.Firstly,the inventory-route optimization mathematical model of closed-loop supply chain with carbon emission constraint is constructed,which is an environment-friendly closed-loop supply chain model,and the traditional closed-loop supply chain is constructed.The mathematical model of chain inventory-route optimization is used to realize the expected optimization goal of the lowest cost of supply chain system.Secondly,the optimization design based on genetic algorithm.Aiming at the inventory-route optimization model of closed-loop supply chain with or without carbon emission constraints,a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem,which verifies the practicability and operability of the improved genetic algorithm.Finally,based on the MD company supply chain management case study.The results of the case show that the decision results of inventory-route selection and optimization in closed-loop supply chain with or without carbon emission constraints are different.The practicability of genetic algorithm in solving large-scaleinventory-route optimization problem of closed-loop supply chain with carbon emission constraints is discussed.It is better than the small-scale traditional closed-loop supply chain inventory-route optimization problem;The precondition of meeting the carbon emission standard and avoiding carbon penalty is the increase of logistics cost in supply chain,but the increase rate of logistics cost in the whole process is much lower than the rate of carbon emission decreasing.In conclusion,in the process of solving inventory-route optimization problem of closed-loop supply chain under carbon emission constraints,genetic algorithm can not only find the optimal vehicle route,but also meet the prescribed carbon emission standard.Moreover,the goal of maximizing the efficiency of supply chain management system is achieved.
