Climate change has become an important problem around the world, and carbon dioxide emission around the world is increasing quickly. Today, supply chain also gets a lot of attention of many countries or areas. As for the low-carbon supply, people focus on the management of controling the carbon footprint. In the recent years, many countries has created the carbon market for the company to sell or buy the carbon emission. Now, there are three main ways to distribute carbon emission, and they are free of charge, fixed rate and bidding. Most scholars pay attention to free of charge and fixed rate, but less people study on bidding because it is special. However, bidding market is the most effective way to cut down the carbon emission. The paper will study on carbon emission trade market in supply chain, and divide the threes ways into gratuitous distribution and paid distribution. Then the paper creates models of different ways and makes a comprehensive model of different ways. In order to check the model, the author finds data of a clothes company to analysis it with the model. The author hopes the study can help managers in supple chain to make decision in the company activities.
