Case Study For Optimization Of Project Management Of Startup Enterprise W

The emergence of start-up companies has promoted the development of China's economy and enriched the employment options of the society.To some extent,it is of great significance to improve the industrial structure.Favorable policy guidance and government encouragement and support provide rare opportunities and external conditions for entrepreneurs and startups.W company is a start-up technology research and development enterprise established in D city,mainly engaged in the project of gene sequencing.The initial registered capital of the company is 5 million yuan,and the financing of 50 million yuan has been obtained.Although W company has a good prospect for development,it has serious problems in terms of personnel composition,company composition,marketing plan and management.In this paper,through the case of A sub-project of company W in the research of A hospital,it shows the current predicament of company W in project marketing,financial management and human resource management,so as to reveal the existing problems and causes of current start-up enterprises in project management.Therefore,it is imperative to propose a practical and effective solution for W company.This thesis mainly studies the case of W company from four parts.First,the research background,purpose,research content and technical route of W company,as well as the literature on start-up and project management,were explained and reviewed.Lay a foundation for the following research.Second,it introduces the background of the establishment of W company,mainly from the composition and personnel structure of the company,the main project,and introduces the case.Third,the problems and causes of W company in the case are analyzed in depth.Fourthly,in the last part of the article,some countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to optimize the project management of W company,hoping to solve the current problems facing W company to some extent.
