In recent decades,with the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive strength,it has undertaken various investment projects at home and abroad.Under such a big situation,it has also had some impact on China’s economic and social development.In particular,China is entering an era of scientific,harmonious and sustainable development,and comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation of the benefits of investment projects is of great significance.Based on this consideration and combined with its own work,this paper analyzes the investment benefits of refining and chemical projects,making more professional investment and management of future refining and chemical projects,in order to facilitate the development trend of China’s refining and chemical industry and the international community.This paper first comprehensively considers the characteristics of investment in refining and chemical projects,as well as the research dynamics of investment benefit evaluation at home and abroad,and evaluates it from three aspects: financial benefit,national economic benefit and social benefit.When simplifying the indicator factors that influence the evaluation as much as possible,seek the best basic indicators that reflect the objective actual situation.Then,based on these indicators,a complete set of comprehensive evaluation index system for investment and benefit of refining and chemical projects is constructed,including three first-level indicators and ten secondary indicators such as financial profitability,solvency and viability.The third-level indicators have financial internals.Nine items such as yield,net present value ratio and investment yield.Because the RBF neural network evaluation method has good learning,robustness and convenience,and the continuous development of computer technology,this paper uses the neural network evaluation and prediction method to evaluate the project investment benefit.Finally,the RBF neural network investment benefit evaluation model is established in this paper.The validity and practicability of the model are verified by an example.The training samples of the neural network consist of two parts,one is the expert scoring data;the other is the theoretical sample randomly generated by the computer,and the facts also prove the reliability of this processing method.The comprehensive evaluation of investment benefits of refining and chemical projects is a comprehensive and comprehensive analysis work.Due to its design aspects,it is difficult to analyze.However,the research itself has a very broad application prospect and has very important research significance.Although this paper has obtained some research results to meet the needs of a certain degree of project,it can also provide reference for the investment of similar projects.But with the development of the economy and theory,research in this field will be deeper.
