Research On The Post Evaluation Of Acid Gas Treatment Project In The Petroleum Refining Enterprise

Petroleum refining enterprise is generally equipped with waste acid gas treatment unit,this unit deals with a large amount of harmful H₂S acid gas generated in the process of petroleum refining,once the acid gas treatment unit fails,from the perspective of process production,it will directly affect the normal production of petroleum refining enterprise,from the point of environmental protection,it may also cause relevant regulatory authorities to require enterprise to stop production,it can be seen that the importance of acid gas treatment unit.Therefore,do a good job in the post evaluation of acid gas treatment project,in order to test the construction and operation level of the acid gas treatment unit,put forward relevant rectification suggestions for the possible problems of the evaluated project,and provide valuable experience for similar projects of future,it is important.Through the analysis and summary of relevant theories and methods in combination with the domestic and foreign experience of relevant research,this paper takes the acid gas treatment project of M Company,a petroleum refining enterprise,as an example to conduct post-evaluation.Firstly,through the ways of project investigation and expert interview,and then a model of post evaluation suitable for sour gas treatment projects of petroleum refining enterprises is constructed by using the entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process,combined with the success degree method.Five classification indexes are mainly selected:Early decision-making process,construction implementation process,production and operation process,investment and economic benefits,environmental impact and sustainability.Through conducting an investigation,analysis and evaluation of each evaluation index of M company’s acid gas treatment project,it is concluded that the tail gas emission values of the case is lower than the expected values,and other indexes of the case have also partially closed to the expected value,overall,most of the objectives of the project meet the expected standards.At the same time,it is verified that the established evaluation model applies to the sour gas treatment project of petroleum refining enterprises,and relevant suggestions and measures are put forward for the problems existing in the acid gas treatment unit of M company.
