The scale of natural gas exploitation in China is constantly expanding with the increase of natural gas consumption.The production mode of gas wells has been changed by computer technology,communication technology and sensor technology while natural gas production has been managed by remote monitoring of production methods,which make a great significance of Production safety and increased production efficiency of natural gas.The natural gas remote monitoring system is a comprehensive system based on computer technology and combined with dispatching automation technology.It can collect real-time data of the production site,automatically control the running equipment,and can measure and adjust the parameters.By setting the upper and lower limits of the parameters,the alarms for various types of signals can be realized,and they are widely used in automation management and on-site detection,which is especially in the power industry,petrochemical industry applications.Based on the background of the remote monitoring requirements of natural gas unattended well stations,this paper studies and develops the current framework and communication protocol(MODBUS protocol)of natural gas remote systems,making full use of ASP.NET technology,B/S III structure system,database data management and GPRS communication technology to take a research and design of the overall architecture of the natural gas remote monitoring system.After analyzing the status quo of natural gas production,the functional requirements analysis of the system is carried out for the production requirements and various types of operations of natural gas production process.Firstly,an initially assume should be made for the objectives of the remote monitoring system of natural gas while a preliminary plan for the construction of the remote monitoring system.Then,the specific research and analysis is carried out for the data collection,processing and transmission of the remote monitoring system of natural gas,and the relevant data flow is established.Further,the overall structure of the natural gas remote monitoring system,the basic functional modules of the system and the database were designed with the functional requirements as the goal.What have made the specific design of the natural gas remote monitoring system completed and achieved the projectexpected target.On the basis of the actual functional requirements of natural gas production,the main basic operation function modules of the system are designed and developed,including process parameter check module,report query module,event record check module,alarm check module,trend curve check module,Switch valve control module,user management and rights management module and user login module.Finally,a test is carried out for the remote monitoring system of natural gas designed and developed in this paper,which results are analyzed and the analysis report from which is made according to the expected target.Through testing,the remote monitoring system of natural gas designed in this paper realizes the expected function of the natural gas remote monitoring system and has a high practicability.The functional operation required for natural gas production can be realized through natural gas remote monitoring systems,which has realized the digitization,centralization and large-scale of natural gas production,and improved the production efficiency of natural gas,with a certain practical value.
