Tourism is an important part of national economy,with its strong pulling,quickly become one of the most dynamic emerging industry and sunrise industry,in the development of the national economy plays a more and more important role.However,while the tourism industry is booming,the ecological and environmental problems are increasingly prominent.Environmental pollution,landscape damage and biodiversity destruction are constantly threatening the healthy and sustainable development of the tourism industry.It is urgent to accelerate the development of green tourism in order to promote green development,consolidate and develop the ecological barrier line in the northern part of the country,and create a beautiful landscape of ethnic unity and mutual assistance.Based on the Marxist ecological theory as the instruction,on the basis of the reference research results at home and abroad,using literature research,comparative analysis,the current situation of the development of tourism in Inner Mongolia steppe region,necessity and theoretical basis for developing green tourism,restricts the development of green tourism and favorable conditions for analysis and discussion,put forward the strategy of developing green tourism in Inner Mongolia grassland area.The article consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction introduces the research background and significance,literature review,research contents and methods,and the innovation points of the paper.The first chapter is the necessity and theoretical basis of developing green tourism.The second chapter is the present situation of Inner Mongolia grassland tourism development.Including Inner Mongolia grassland region tourism development process,development achievements;The third chapter is the restrictive factors for the development of green tourism in Inner Mongolia,mainly from the aspects of the severe situation of environmental protection in the grassland region,the idea of green tourism has not been deeply rooted in the people,the lack of scientific planning and management of green tourism,the rigid constraint of infrastructure,the shortage of green tourism professionals and so on.The fourth chapter is the conditions for the development of green tourism in Inner Mongolia grassland region,including the supply of original ecological products of the grassland,the ecological wisdom of nomadic people,the enhancement of the demand for original ecological products,"One Belt And One Road" construction to provide opportunities for green tourism,government policy support;The fifth chapter is the countermeasure suggestion.Through research,this paper comes to the following core points: first,the innovative development of green tourism in Inner Mongolia grassland region should be realized through brand innovation,system innovation and technology innovation.Second,the coordinated development of green tourism in Inner Mongolia grassland region should be realized by coordinating regional economic development,coordinating the relationship between residents and the government,and coordinating the imbalance of rights.Third,the open development of green tourism in Inner Mongolia grassland region should be realized by connecting domestic and foreign countries.Fourthly,it is necessary to realize the green development of the grassland tourism in Inner Mongolia through scientific development and planning of the construction of green tourism scenic spots,improving the awareness of green tourism,building green tourism facilities,introducing and cultivating professionals to support the development of green tourism.Fifth,we need to realize the Shared development of green tourism in the grasslands of Inner Mongolia.
