Research On Dietary Documents In Song And Yuan Dynasties

Food is an essential part of people's material activities.With the vigorous development of food culture,food literature has emerged constantly.The rapid development of commodity economy and the improvement of people's living standards during the Song and Yuan dynasties provided an essential material for the development of food culture,in the meanwhile,food literature also developed.This paper selects the food literature of Song and Yuan dynasties as the research object,and summarizes the characteristics of this period after collecting and analyzing the basic materials.This paper is mainly divided into three parts.The first part focus to examine the food documents of Song and Yuan dynasties.According to the categories of food classics,food materials and food therapy,the food literature of Song and Yuan dynasties were classified.This paper summarizes the development and changes of the food documents of song and yuan dynasties by reviewing the food documents of song and yuan dynasties,sorting out the source of the documents,the authors,the situation of loss and description.The second part is an overall analysis of food literature in Song and Yuan dynasties.By analyzing the composition and source of the author group of these documents,a comprehensive understanding of the author group of food literature in song and yuan dynasties would be more clearly.The authors and works of food literature are closely related,and different groups reflect different food cultures.After investigating the geographical distribution and identity composition of the authors of food offering in the Song and Yuan dynasties,we might get a better understanding of the cultural background of food literature and feel the characteristics of food culture of people from different regions and classes in the food literature itself and the food culture behind it.Food literature,as a carrier,reflects the development of agriculture,economy and society at that time,as well as the content of foreign exchange and art aesthetics.This paper summarizes the characteristics of food culture in Song and Yuan dynasties through the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics and contents of food literature in Song and Yuan dynasties.The third part of the Song and Yuan food literature records,the cooking skills,the diet industry,song and yuan food therapy thought analysis of four aspects.This paper excavates and summarizes the characteristics of food culture in song and yuan dynasties and the value and influence of food culture in song and yuan dynasties.
