Investigation On Integration Device Of Large-sized Oil Stations In Chang Qing Oilfield

In recent years,the integration of oil and gas field stations have been developing fast and integrated small-sized stations have been widely promoted.While large and medium-sized stations,which have larger scale,more wells and more complicated process compared to small-sized stations,are still main force in oil and gas processing.The construction of large and medium sized stations costs more than 50 percent of the field ground project investment.Therefore,it is of necessity to apply integrated devices in large and medium-sized stations to reduce the cost of field ground project.At present stage,the study and application of integrated devices in large and medium-sized stations is not complete at home and there is a lack of mature theory and experience.In order to provide reference for the project design and further study of integrated devices in large and medium-sized stations,a summary on designing methods for integrated devices is made based on the literature research and field inspection.An optimized process for united stations is proposed,relying less on stock tanks,making full use of remaining pressure and requiring fewer power plants,which meets the production function with less construction cost.The factors to be considered in designing skid-mounted devices is listed and a code for skidding is proposed,“small devices are skid-mounted,while large ones not”,and the meaning and features of integrated devices are present.The integrated devices in united stations are classified by production units and process.According to the classification,s series of work on the integrated devices is developed,including equipment selection,process design,2D and 3D layouts,function introduction,device parameter selection,device arrangement,which also includes the design of piping,skid seat,corrosion prevention and coating,foundation treatment,automatic control and security.All the work contributes to the multifunction,integration and automation of the integrated devices in united stations.On the basis of the study for integrated devices in united stations,an engineering example is presented,in which the application of integrated devices are analyzed in details.The field application effect of the integrated device is summarized,and the area,construction period and investment are compared before and after the integration of engineering equipment.And its application prospect is analyzed.
