As the exploitation scale of Changqing oilfield expands increasingly,it is more evident that blocks are developed in the way of rolling, fast growing and greatly changing. The equipments in the station also gradually transfer to be miniaturized and integrated.Based on existing developing model of medium sized station in Changqing oilfield, the flow progress was simulated under normal production conditions with the help of software, according to the physical property of crude oil and transportation, dehydration process requirement. And it was continuously optimized by shortening the technological process, combining related equipments, optimizing piping connection and forming a complete set of digital control, finally the whole process was divided into several independent units and main process was studied in the integrated way such as oil-gas-water three phases separation, heat transmission and transportation.Combined with equipment piping, roping, installation, maintenance, sizes of key equipment were calculated, thus the layout of equipment was optimized, occupied land was saved and the design of new flow progress and integrated device of transferring and dehydration technology were completed. In addition, safety research of operation process was accomplished by detecting real-timely pressure, temperature and combustible hazardous gas with the help of intelligent testing instrument.Compared with conventional station, the area of occupied land of skid-mounted station was decreased by an average 51.5%,the construction period was shorten by 75.0% and the average investment was saved by 22.5%,which greatly improved the technical and economic benefits.
