UnionStation renovation project is part of a gas storage project， is mainly responsible for thedehydration treatment of condensate from the collected station in the gas production period.Because the united station has been in operation for more than30years， the resource hasbeen exhausted already. Most of the equipment has been scrapped. The production processhas not meet the process now in high water cut oil processing. So the need for processmodification is necessary. In this paper，a lot of analysis and research are via from the data ofexploration from the field. Point out the main problems existing among the united station.According to the scheme design， comparison and selection， finally settle down thedewatering scheme of first three-phase separator and second thermal chemical dehydrationprocess to ensure safe and reliable. According to the dewatering scheme selected and thedesign parameters，the equipment related to the process is calculated and concrete measure isdetermined. Make full use of the equipment has been built and optimize the choice of the newequipment required to ensure the process of energy saving and high efficiency， minimuminvestment cost and maximum economic benefit. At the same time necessary transformationof environment，safety，fire protection，energy-saving and other related measures are takenin the station， in order to make the whole united station highly， effectively， safely andstably operate. This study provides ideas for processing method of the condensate of gasreservoir. Provide a reliable solution for efficient operation of united station.
