| DCS is the abbreviation of Distributed Control System which is also known as Centralized and decentralized control system in automation industry of the country.DCS is widely used in industrial control field, especially in the power plant, petrochemical, water treatment and other industries. However, in order to be in a monopolistic position, system provider used a dedicated hardware and not-open internal data bus in the early days of DCS which have resulted in the lack of interoperability and interchangeability between systems or devices in different manufacturers. As a result, it is difficult to accomplish the exchange of information between equipments and devices, inner system and the outside. Therefore, it is necessary that the performance of system can be elevated through the use of new techniques and methods based on the early days of DCS to find question in the integration and information.This dissertation put forward a new DCS system, which is the fourth generation of DCS. By methods of bottom-layer fieldbus network integration and system integration based on OPC technology, through systems integration model of enterprise LAN , industrial Ethernet and FieldBus so as to solve the traditional problems of DCS system and achieve the integration with different system level, such as, on-site monitoring and control layer, process monitoring and data management layer. The overall objective of The thesis is that we utilize the fourth generation of DCS products to built DCS system in crude oil comprehensive processing station. First of all, in accordance with the characteristics of on-site monitoring and control layer, using fieldbus integrated technology to make intelligent instrumentation devices access to DCS systems seamlessly. The new DCS has played a positive role for users to select good cost-effective equipment, breaking the monopoly of equipment suppliers.Then, combined with the actual situation of data management layer of the DCS system, using OPC technology to make DCS data access to oilfield information network seamlessly. It plays an improving role in promoting the information process of oilfield.New DCS system consists of three parts, such as, on-site monitoring and control layer, process monitoring and data management layer. On-site monitoring and control layer can not only access to traditional analog meters but also access the fieldbus equipment and instrumentation. Data management layer can transmitted the data to oilfield information network in real time to realize remote monitoring capabilities.In the design, I mainly understanded the development status of DCS,the fieldbus and OPC technology. Then I completed the design of DCS system at different levels of integration. openness of the system has been greatly improved. |
