| Natural gas pipeline’s transmission capacity decreases as the prolonging of its running time,so that the operation company should determine its running status in time and take reasonable measures to improve the transmission efficiency,which does good to the economic benefits.It is a difficult problem for the operation company to determine the pigging nodes effectively,conveniently,fast and economically.Taking Yulin-Jinan gas pipeline as an example,this thesis studied the pipeline’s transmission and energy efficiency.Calculation results with TGNET software,which is adapted and popular abroad,reveals that Colebrook formula and PR gas state equation is the most suitable to Yulin-Jinan pipeline.Based on the optimized pipeline model,the pipeline’s transmission efficiency in 2014 was calculated.According to the simulation results and real data,the pigging time and effect are evaluated,and the feasibility of pigging nodes judgment using transmission efficiency is verified.At the same time,the pressure drop-throughput,the pressure-efficiency curves were plotted,which makes easier and more efficient for operating personnel to monitor the pipeline.Not only improving transmission efficiency,but also reducing energy consumption does good to the optimal operation of natural gas pipeline.So reducing the compressor’s energy consumption,which is the main energy consumption unit of a long distance pipeline,can add the economic benefits effectively.This paper studied the Yulin first station compressor pefermance curves with similar conversion principle,determined the compressor surge line and stagnation line,and calculated the compressor actual energy consumption.Results show that calculations are in good agreement with the actual values,verifying the calculation method’s accuracy.The compressor operation plans,energy matching schemes fitting for different throughouts,and the compressor optimum energy saving scheme are obtained,providing the basis for the pipeline’s safe,stable,and efficient operation. |
