Sichuan to East Gas Pipeline Increase Project was started under background of the crude oil in the doldrums.Sinopec is increasing the development and exploration of gas.Especially, with the commission of Yuanba Gas Field and Fuling Shale Gas Field, the output flow of Sichuan to East Gas Pipeline will increase by large margin. And the output flow will beyond the capacity of Sichuan to East Gas Pipeline by the end of 2016.So the management of the project consulted the author in the later half of 2014.And Sichuan to East Gas Pipeline Increase Project was started at that time.During the year of 2006-2010,Sichuan to East Gas Pipeline was finished. At that time, the capacity of the project was 120×108m3/a.There are 3 compressor stations. And the process analysis will also consider the flow of Yuanba Field and Fuling Shale Gas beside the Puguang Gas Field.Arrangment of compressor station along the pipeline will be studied. And compressor configuration in the compressor station will be analyzed. This analysis is base on 2 kinds of software. One is the SPS(Stoner pipeline of simulator). The another is TGNET(Pipeline studio for gas).Sametime, author gathered some datas from field. Then author analysized the feasible time for pressureing and the configuration for compressors with economical methods. The conclusions is that the project will be built 6 sets 7.2MW compressors,6 sets 11 MW compressors in Lichuan,Qianjing,Huanjin,Yichang,Wuhan in first phase. And the project will be built 3sets 7.2MW compressors,3sets 11 MW compressors in Yesanguan and Huangmei during second phase. So that,Sichuan to East Gas Pipeline will finsh the task of supplying gas.
