As labor costs rise,the demographic dividend is lossing,and then how to realize the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry has become the focus of current attention.China releases ‘Made In China 2025' as Germany's ‘Industry 4.0' is proposed,more and more companies are turning to ‘Smart Factories'.Now,a boiler company in order to enlarge the scale of production,which plans to build a world-leading demonstration plant according to the requirement of ‘intelligent manufacturing'.Division of work by project,on the basis of preliminary layout planning of the company,analysis and optimization of aluminum pan production line,and design intelligent logistics system.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Description and production forecast of aluminum pan.Described the product type,production process and so on,and the product characteristic diagram is constructed.In view of the uncertainty of the future market environment,the fuzzy time series prediction method is used to predict the aluminum pot capacity of the company for 5 years and to check the production line design capacity.(2)Analysis and optimization based on value stream map.According to the preliminary layout plan of the factory designed at the earlier stage,the current status of the aluminum pot production line is drawn by using the value flow analysis method.Analyze and improve from the two perspectives of ‘continuous flow' and inventory control production,design the future value flow map of aluminum pot production line,propose the implementation projects of improvement,including product balance improvement,capacity improvement and factory layout improvement,and give the specific improvement plan of factory layout design.(3)Design of intelligent logistics system for aluminum pot production.According to the optimized layout of the factory,the aluminum pot production logistics system is designed.It mainly includes the design of automatic three-dimensional product warehouse and the transportation design of raw materials,tire molds,empty pallets and finished products.(4)Simulation analysis and optimization of aluminum pot production system.In order to verify and improve the aluminum pan production system,SIMIO software was selected to establish the simulation model of aluminum pan production line.Through simulation operation,the material flow,product number and equipment utilization rate of the production system were analyzed,and the design scheme of aluminum pan production system was further improved from the aspects of bottleneck technology and AGV scheduling mode.
