In the context of coal de-capacity,it is both an opportunity and a challenge for coal enterprises.How to improve the competitive advantages and operational efficiency of enterprises through internal tapping,management innovation and enterprise transformation so as to make enterprises overcome difficulties and realize long-term development has always been the key concern for senior managers of coal enterprises.With the continuous deepening of the research on the theory and practice of corporate human resource management and the continuous improvement of various management mechanisms within the enterprise,the importance of performance evaluation and management has gradually emerged.Taking the performance evaluation system of MY company's subsidiary as the research object and based on searching and applying relevant theories of performance evaluation,this paper analyzes and seeks problems in the performance evaluation of enterprises.Guided the corporate strategy and through the optimization and improvement of the existing performance evaluation system,this paper designs a set of relatively scientific,systematic performance evaluation system suitable for the reality of corporate management so as to improve enterprises' performance management level and operational efficiency,thus realizing the enterprises' strategic objectives and long-term development.This paper first expounds the relevant theories of performance evaluation,which provides theoretical basis for MY company to establish a new performance evaluation system.Then,it introduces the basic situation of MY company,gets to know the organizational structure,strategic development objectives and current per formance evaluation and management of MY company,and then analyzes the problems in the company's current performance evaluation and management.Besides,it analyzes the reasons of these problems.Based on this and according to the BSC theory and MY company's development strategies,this paper constructs the index system,selects the evaluation indexes,determines the evaluation standards,designs MY company's BSC-based performance evaluation system and proposes measures to guarantee the implementation of the performance evaluation system from four aspects: finance,customers,internal procedures,learning and growth.
