With the steady improvement of the living conditions of Chinese residents,the continuous upgrading and personalization of the consumption demand,and the increasing demand for jewelry and jade collection and daily wear,the sales revenue of the jewelry and jade industry in China was rising constantly,and the total consumption of multiple jewelry and jade items ranked among the top in the world.But at the same time,counterfeit and shoddy phenomena have emerged in an endless stream,disrupting the market order of jewelry and jade seriously,destroying the brand image of the enterprise,endangering the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,and even affecting the economic growth of the country.Traditional jewelry and jade package only played the role of protecting goods and simple brand publicity,and the amount of information carried was limited and fixed,without the functions of anti-counterfeit,traceability,intelligent positioning and so on,moreover,the consumers’ sense of experience in jewelry and jade products,and marketing and brand publicity through packaging were far from enough.Taking jewelry and jade packaging as the research object based on the perspective of supply chain,the importance of jewelry and jade packaging visualization was analyzed and various technical methods of the packaging visualization were proposed through the analysis of the new demand of jewelry and jade packaging with the rapid development of new technologies and the escalating consumption habits.With means of QR code or visual code,invisible watermark,dot matrix code,AR image recognition,RFID tag,NFC tag,intelligent sensor,Beidou global positioning and other intelligent and digital technology,taking jewelry and jade package as the carrier,the smart big-data platform was constructed through the whole life-cycle information collection of jewelry and jade goods,including raw materials,production,warehousing,logistics,sales and consumption and so on.The big-data platform could make the jewelry and jade package become the we-media and the carrier of all things interconnected.The whole life-cycle information of jewelry and jade goods would be displayed on the terminal equipment in a visual way,such as text,graphics,images,audio or video,so as to realize the purpose of real-time interaction,processing,monitoring and decision-making.This scheme realized the digitalization and intellectualization of jewelry and jade packaging,and enhanced the values of jewelry and jade packaging in anti-counterfeiting,traceability,intelligent positioning,information decision,consumer experience,mobile marketing,brand promotion,which contributed to realize the visualization and highly-efficiency of jewelry and jade industry supply chain management.Moreover,the problems related to the practical application of variable two-dimensional code,augmented reality technology,invisible watermark technology and dot matrix technology in the jewelry and jade packaging visualization were studied,analyzed and solved in this thesis.(1)A batch visual code generation method was proposed,in view of the problem that the ordinary variable two-dimensional code had no innovation and was easy to be counterfeited.Unlike the ordinary variable two-dimensional code,the visual code was more beautiful and not easy to be copied,and the jet code could save ink consumption,and be combined with the pattern of the product package to realize one thing and one code function.(2)In view of the problems of low recognition rate,slow recognition speed and memory occupation memory in the application of augmented reality technology in the visualization of jewellery and jade packaging,multi-mode intelligent focusing technology was used to combine AR technology with OCR word recognition technology in jewellery package.Experimental tests showed that under the same condition,the speed of word recognition was increased by more than 1.5s,the accuracy of text recognition was increased from 60% to over 95%,and the error recognition rate for various packages was reduced from 50% to about 5%.(3)A anti-replication watermarking technology based on visual features was proposed,in order to solve the problem of hiding and detecting the watermark in the application of the invisible watermark,the watermark was hidden and detected by special materials and special detection equipment.Through digital printing,offset printing or ink-jet printing,the invisible watermark would not destroy the appearance of the packaging surface,and it had antireplicability,and the detection and recognition of the invisible watermark still could not be affected when the package was damaged by a certain degree of shearing,fuzzy and lossless.(4)The dot matrix encoding method of the product information that the mobile phone can read was proposed,in order to strengthen the diversity and security of the anti-counterfeiting entrance of the intelligent packaging of jewellery and jade.Through the performance of the dot matrix coding and the reading test on different papers,it was known that the dot matrix coding has the following features: fast reading speed,higher recognition accuracy and anti-attack,which can be widely used in product packaging,in order to achieve the functions of traceability and anti-counterfeiting.
