With the continuous progress of gene sequencing technology,the cost of sequencing has been decreasing,and the demand for gene sequencing has increased rapidly.The gene sequencing industry has entered a period of explosive growth.The sequencing consulting industry,which is responsible for obtaining the information consumers need from mass sequencing data,is growing rapidly.Nanjing JiGuang Gene Technology Co.,Ltd.("Nanjing JiGuang gene")is a start-up sequencing consulting enterprise.Facing the increasingly fierce competition environment,we need to grasp the opportunity to develop rapidly.However,some problems that need to be solved in the marketing management of the company have restricted the development of the company.Therefore,the marketing management of JiGuang genes in Nanjing is studied in this paper.Based on the analysis of the external marketing environment and the internal marketing environment of the JiGuang gene in Nanjing,this paper uses the SWOT model to determine the centralizationstrategy and specific development goals of the JiGuang gene in Nanjing.After the analysis of the marketing management of the company,the company found that the company has many problems,such as miscellaneous products and irregular products,too traditional channels,flexible quotation,low promotion level and so on.Then the STP marketing analysis method was used to analyze and determine the current subdivision market of Nanjing JiGuang gene,which is the demand market for the gene sequencing training and gene sequencing data analysis in Jiangsu,Shanghai and Anhui provinces.Through the discussion of the new marketing scheme based on the selection of 7Ps marketing combination strategy,the products,prices,channels and promotions of the JiGuang based on the Nanjing JiGuang are completed.Design of personnel,physical presentation and process strategy.Finally,from the aspects of organization structure,system construction,personnel training system construction and satisfaction evaluation system construction,the measures forimplementing marketing strategy are put forward.Some of the contents of this article have been applied to the marketing of JiGuang genes in Nanjing.From the actual results,the new scheme has good operability and effectiveness.
