An Accurate Estimation Method For The Project Construction Period Of An Enterprise

Along with the improvement of social production and living standards,the importance of environmental protection,especially in rural areas,is growing in this country.But,because their project management ability is insufficient,the enterprises who is participating in the rural environmental protection project,especially the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises,would make in the actual risk occurred during the construction process with their different ability on project scope,cost,schedule and quality control.As a result,the enterprise needs to establish a set of fast and accurate calculation method which is corresponding to its related project schedule and cost estimation,in order to improve enterprise competitiveness in the market.This study focuses on the project characteristics of the enterprise which author is working for.According to the project operation data for research,the author attempts to start from the basis to establish an accurate estimation method of the project construction period,and to enhance the level of project management for the enterprise.The main works of the study are as follows:First of all,based on the characteristics of the project construction of rural environmental protection industry,it took us a lot of time to study the development history of project management theory,to research the literature of project management model and modeling method,and to explore a suitable research method,by which,we confirm to use Monte Carlo simulation technique and the beta-PERT probability distribution to research.Secondely,to Sort the schedule date of completed project and confirm the data attributes,and to fulfill the data integration and calculation to meet the requirements of data sampling simulation.Thirdly,base on the actual logical relationship to combine all work package in the connection,and to generate sampling simulation and sensitivity analysis chart respectively.According to the different characteristics of each work package,we try to analyze and put forward some relevant optimization ideas and Suggestions.Finally,according to the analysis results,to optimize the logical relationship between each work packages in project construction period,and to conform the characteristics of project construction of this enterprise to make a more suitable project schedule plan.In this study,we emphatically discuss how to standardize the project construction schedule of small and medium-sized enterprise,and use the related method to compute and integrate to make a better optimization model of project schedule management which is in accordance with their own characteristics and requirements.And,we made a reasonable expectation for the application prospect of this algorithm in the future,for the improvement of enterprise project management ability and market competitiveness provides a reliable guarantee.
