During outdoor activities such as cycling people need to wear sport glasses to protect eyes.Sport glasses could keep eyes from burns of ultraviolet and violation of dust or other things.In addition,sport glasses also possess the function of decoration and aesthetics.There are still exist any deficiency about the design of glasses and the production process as well as antifogging at present.Average head physiological data of population in somewhere will be referred when design glasses,for this reason,consumers buy glasses that are might not as tight as head.When consumer wear sports glasses,nose pad could compress the acupuncture point and blood vessels in the bridge of the nose and fatigue or other physical discomfort will occur in head.The production process of glasses frame including cutting and mold injection will lead to material waste.On the aspect of antifogging,the usual solution is to apply anti-fogging film on the lens or spray antifogging agent on the lens or wipe the lens with anti-fogging cloth.But neither of these methods can achieve long-term fog protection.Optical 3D scanning can quickly acquire the shape data of objects,and the shape data of objects can be processed in 3D design software to achieve the target function.3D printing technology has the advantages of high printing accuracy,fast speed,printing any complex components and saving materials.Aiming at the shortcomings of the glasses in the aspect of design and production process,the solution of personalized design glasses which combine 3D scanning,3D design and 3D printing is proposed based on the head physiological data.The sports glasses manufactured by 3D printing could generate fine comfort when worn on head and the question of physical discomfort is solved which is caused by nose pad compress acupuncture point sand blood vessels.In the aspect of anti-fogging of glasses,the scheme of using air flow field to solve the mirror fogging in the case of the sports glasses worn in the bicycle movement is putted forward in this paper.Flow channel is designed on glasses frame and it allows air to pass through to get to these space(It's called the inside of the glasses)between glasses lens and facial when riding bicycle.The air flowing into the inside of the glasses form a flowing air thin layer on the surface of the lens,so the thin layer blocks off the steam caused by evaporation of sweat and lens.Meanwhile air flow field formed in the internal of glasses reduce water vapor density caused by sweat evaporation,thus,air flow field can keep water vapour from condensing on the surface of lens and improve human comfort.After the simulation study,air thin layer of 1.9 7 m/s-2.8 m/s and 3.4m/s-5m/s is formed at the position of 0.1mm near the inside of the lens,when the speed of the vehicle was 2.8m/s and 5m/s.The density of the water vapor inside the air flow field is not saturated,and there will be no water droplet on the mirror surface,which solves the question of fogging.Based on the comprehensive comfort index,the human body has better comfort during cycling.When cycling at the speed of 12.5m/s,the internal water vapor density of the glasses is too high,which is not good for the human body.After the experimental study,the air flow field of 1.7m/s-2.2m/s and 3.2m/s-3.8m/s is formed inside the sports glasses when cycling at the speed of 2.8m/s and 5m/s respectively.The experimental result is consistent with the simulation results.The air flow field can realize the anti-fogging function after the anti-fogging experiment.
