| In this paper, the antifogging properties of the antifogging films spreaded by one component, two components and three components of antifogging agents had been studied respectively. And the antifogging properties including the first-drop-time, the ten-drop-time, the light transmittance and the antifogging properties while the outer temperature was high. Whether the compound antifogging agents could cooperate with each other and which was the proper ratio had been made certain by the numbers. And it established theoretic base for its application.In the experimental segment of antifogging films spreaded by one component: it proves that anionic and cationic surfactants cannot be used as antifogging agents, and the nonionic surfactants can be used as antifogging agents. Among the nonionic surfactants, the first-drop-time and ten-drop-time of Tweens are better than the spans, besides PGFE which was made by ourself, the first-drop-time of T-80 is 341s, the time is the shortest, the ten-drop-time of T-60 is 89s, the time is the shortest, and the best antifogging properties while the outer temperature is high is PGFE, it can last 26h while the outer temprature is 80℃.In the experimental segment of antifogging films spreaded by two components: when the ratio of T-80:PGFE is 3:1, we can get the best antifogging properties, the first-drop-time is 320s, the ten-drop-time is 81s. It can last 40 hours while the outer temprature is 80℃. Its light transmittance is 80%.In the experimental segment of antifogging films spreaded by three components: when the ratio of AEO-9:T-80:PEFG is 4:3:1, we can get the best antifogging properties, the first-drop-time is 316s, the ten-drop-time is 79s. It can last 25 hours while the outer temprature is 80℃. Its light transmittance is 78%. |
