| The overall improvement of information technology promotes the pace of upgrading the manufacturing industry.In this context,The change of garment manufacturing industry has become an unavoidable problem.So far,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the informatization management of the production links of apparel companies in my country,and the visualization of production line data will be an important means to improve informatization management.The rapid upgrade from standardization to intelligence,the upgrade from physical information to data information,data will be the mainline throughout,so the analysis of production line data Improvement and visualization research will be an important means to improve management information in the future.This article consists of six chapters.Chapter 1 started with the basic analysis of the thesis,expounding status and purpose of the research,methods,basic ideas,etc.;Chapter 2 investigated the garment enterprises from the current management of production mode and loopholes;Chapter3 based on the requirements of garment production information management,establishing the Improved Ant Colony Optimization(IACO)to optimize the layout of the production line and using Flexsim for virtual simulation.Chapter 4 proposed a set of production information visualization solutions,which include related technologies,functional architectures,and functions involved in data collection and visualization.display board design and other research;Chapter 5 synthesized the results of Chapter 3 and 4,designed a clothing production management information visualization system,functional architecture,technology of database,and simulation model have been analyzed.the research clarified the help of the system to the information management of garment enterprises,which guided software and garment enterprises in the cooperative development system.Chapter 6summarizes and prospects the paper. |
