Taking the renovation process of the existing central heating system in kailuan district of tangshan city as an example, the new energy-saving technology is introduced into the renovation scheme. From the angle of heat loss of the heating pipeline, the advantages and disadvantages of two pipelines laying in the underground direct and ground trenches are analyzed, and the loss advantage of the underground direct laying is determined. The heating users of the collective and individual heating units in the district are divided into areas, divided into periods, and heating the heating way.The energy saving and emission reduction are realized through the demand heating, and the heat metering instrument is set up at the user heating house. In addition, the information intelligent monitoring system has been added to the reformed central heating system to realize automatic operation, full parameter monitoring and adjustment and control of the heating process. After the improvement, the environmental benefits, economic benefits and energy consumption of the heating system have been greatly improved.Among them, the cost is reduced by 30%,the heating efficiency of the system is increased to 90.4%,and the heating fuel consumption per square meter is reduced by 10.3%,and the pump is controlled by the frequency converter. On the premise of the same water supply efficiency, the power consumption is half that of the original.Compared with the coal-fired boiler, the CO content in the new system is reduced by 81.6%,the NO content is reduced by 92.4%,the total CO2 emission is reduced by 13.1%/years,and the production of the solid by-products is reduced by 799t/years,and the total treatment of SO2 and smoke is no longer discharged into the atmosphere. It eliminates the pollution of the two harmful substances to the atmosphere. The new central heating system has the characteristics of high heating efficiency, low energy consumption and low environmental pollution. After application, the heating work in Tangshan area can be raised to a new level of economy and intelligence.Figure11;Table17;Reference 60... |
