Heating System Of Donger Central Treatment Station Renovation Project

Working media and boundary condition of heat equipment had been investigated and analyzed,and the problem occurred in practical engineering application of steam or hot water and wet crude oil(with or without polymerized substance)had been researched and analyzed in Shengli oil field,in order to matching the adjustment of fuel structure and solving the problem that the heat equipment in oil-gas gathering and transporting station used in heating crude oil with polymerized substance could not meet the requirement of thermal energy.It can be found that heating furnace is the most stable equipment and adaptable,single coil heat exchanger can meet the heating load demand of crude oil with polymerized substance using vapor as thermal media when spiral plate heat exchanger could not,but presence a problem of high dependence on external heat sources.In the design process of reconstructing the heating system of the east two combined station in Gudong oilfield,taking the safety,low investment and low running cost requirements into consideration,combined with the characteristics of the water jacket furnace and the single coil configuration of the heat exchangers,and on its basis,completing the design of a heating device combining the heat exchanger and heat.And based on the trials,completed the heating system of the east two combined station in Gudong oilfield.
