Energy consumption is an important expenditure for enterprises.In the face of national strategic tasks and binding indicators,industrial enterprises should take effective measures to significantly improve energy efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The setting of the heating system is a guarantee of indoor comfort.With the increasing popularity of centralized heat network heating systems,the further development of central heating systems is closely related to their automatic control systems.Based on the utilization of steam waste heat,this paper studies the optimization of heating system and realizes the effective combination of building heating and automatic control.It not only solves the problem of energy waste,but also reduces the heating energy consumption.This energy-saving,environmentally-friendly and efficient heating system has important economic and social benefits.Firstly,this paper takes the energy-saving technical transformation of the heating system in Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Company as an example.Through the statistical analysis of the energy utilization in the plant,and the thermal load calculation of the plant,the plan for the utilization of condensate waste heat was determined.From the aspects of the advantages and disadvantages of the working conditions and the analysis of energy consumption,it is concluded that the closed tank recycling system is optimal.Secondly,according to the problems existing in the current centralized heating system,combined with the main energy-saving technologies,the energy-saving technologies and measures adopted in the optimization of the heating system are proposed,including the optimal distribution of heat sources,the end heat metering,and the establishment of the PLC automatic control system.Then,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different automatic control methods,a better automatic control system is obtained;An automatic control method for setting the partition temperature division time by different heat time and heat load requirements of different buildings;Using an intelligent centralized control system,combined with the heat metering modification of the end users,the indoor temperature,outdoor temperature,temperature,pressure and flow rate of the end user are remotely transmitted to the control room to enhance the automatic heating.Control system control,detection and management.Finally,the energy consumption,economic benefits and environmental benefits of the waste heat utilization and heating system after optimization and transformation are analyzed,and the heating system is evaluated by technical and economic indicators such as energy consumption and operating cost.The results show that the heating mode combined with waste heat utilization and automatic control has the advantages of improving the efficiency of heating system,reducing environmental pollution,saving operating costs,etc.,and has the promotion value.
