Abstract/Summary:
The Zhuneng Group Heidaigou Open-pit Mine is a large-scale open-pit mine designed and constructed by itself in China.At present,the most advanced joint mining process system in China is used.In particular,the throwing blasting-no-transportation process used in the lower rock formation of the mine reduced the amount of stripping and transportation engineering for the mine by at least 30%.However,with the completion of the mining in the first mining area,the second mining area completed the layout of the working line and continued the normal production stage.A large number of coal seams with a thickness of0~4.32 m appeared in the high step of the working line throwing blasting.Coal resources are non-renewable resources.If this part of coal is directly rejected and rejected without exploitation,it will not only be a serious waste of resources,but also will not meet the country’s rigid requirements for the recovery rate of coal seam resources.Therefore,it is necessary to study the thin coal seam mining technology in the throwing blasting step in combination with the actual production status of the open pit mine,and not to waste coal resources.According to the geological information such as coal mine exploration geological report,the gray system comprehensive evaluation system is used to optimize the mining process to determine the optimal mining method for thin coal seams;and the 3D geological mining model is established to provide detailed data information for the evaluation process.Provide technical guidance for the mine production process.Based on the 3DMine mining engineering software,the 3D geological modeling of the exploration area is carried out.The results accurately show the surface and stratigraphic information in the area and the geological reserves and occurrence status of the No.5 coal seam in the area.On this basis,In the existing advanced mining technology,several kinds of mining technology systems suitable for the open pit mine are pre-selected.With the gray system decision and absolute correlation degree in the grey system theory,the most selective mining of No.5 coal seam in Heifugou open pit mine is studied.The best process system found that the combined mining process of throwing blasting-no transport dumping process,surface mining machine-truck-belt conveyor,single bucket-truck isthe best mining method in the comprehensive evaluation;finally,by reference The application of the open-pit mining machine at home and abroad explores the application method of the mechanical equipment in the black gully open pit mine.The theoretical analysis and comprehensive evaluation show that the Heidaigou open pit mine can be used to mine No.5 coal seam through technical upgrading,which is beneficial to increase the economic income of the mine and also meet the requirements of mine green mining production.The application of open-pit mining machines can also supplement China’s gap in the application of this mechanical equipment.
