Along with economic development,there is an increasing demand for paper products.As the important part in the process of paper products processing、molding,the quality of creasing will have an effect on subsequent processing and influence the quality of paper products.Therefore,how to optimize the processing parameters,in order to obtain better quality of creasing,is one of the important research topics in the field of post-press processing.In this paper,the problem of how to optimize creasing parameters is studied,and the specific research contents are as follows:On the basis of analysis and summing up the experience of post-experts,systematically analyze the creasing process and the related factors affecting the quality of creasing,as well as the control index of creasing quality control,and the requirements、characteristics for creasing quality control.Grey system is proposed to be used for creasing parameters study.Through the experimental research,the influence factors and the influence degree of the creasing process parameters are explored,and the optimization method of creasing process parameters under the influence of complex factors is studied.Select paper grammage、the width of tool、the width of bottom die,tool penetration depth as creasing process parameter.Select the creasing depth and the maximum folding force as the index of the creasing process.Orthogonal experiment was designed to provide important data support for the analysis of multi objective process parameters.And the experimental results were analyzed,and the influence of process parameters on the process index was obtained.Combined with the grey correlation analysis method,study the influence of creasing process parameters on the creasing process index,and obtain the advantage factors affecting the creasing process index.By using the grey decision theory,the orthogonal design experiment scheme is optimized,and the optimal parameter combination is obtained.The design idea and design scheme of the proposed method are discussed in detail.The experimental results show that the method of grey system can be used to realize the optimization of creasing parameters,and create the conditions for the optimal control of creasing quality in the process of printing.The research of this paper will be helpful to the comprehensive application of grey system theory in a wider field,and provides a theoretical reference for the design of creasing machine and the optimization of process parameters.
