| Grey system theory is a theory firstly originated by professor DengJulong, the famous scholar of our country. It provides an effective research method when the problem under research lacks sufficient datum and information. Due to the complexity of building and working a natural gas transmission pipeline, the economic parameters of its optimal design model are in a dynamic development. Besides, it is also difficult to make a complete and accurate estimation about the concerned datum. Therefore, it would better fit the actual situation and better meet the requirement of the project, if we consider the economic parameters as grey parameter. In this research paper, GM(1,1) model is formed to predict the grey parameters, the mathematic matrix of grey optimal design is built to the natural gas transmission pipeline based on the grey programming theory, Complementary Geometric Programming is introduced to solve the problem. Through computing the living examples, it demonstrates that the model is more dependable and more exactly.In this research paper, the mathematic matrix of grey optimal design is built to the natural gas transmission pipeline based on the grey programming theory. And out of the feature of the grey economy parameter in a target function that it would be in constant change as the time progress, the price index theory and grey prediction theory are also introduced into this research paper to form a equal-dimension and new-info grey model of the grey parameter, so that a higher precision can be achieved and the adjustment to the predicted value can be made. In addition, for the characteristic of natural gas transmission pipeline grey optimal design model, Complementary Geometric Programming is introduced to solve the problem by transforming the matrix to the standard form of Positive Geometric Programming. Compared with Generalized Geometry programming, this algorithm could lower the difficulty and simplify the computing process. In the end, grey relational analysis is adopted to establish a gradation of all the pre-selective schemes as to their correlative degree in order to provide referenced datum for the evaluation of the schemes.In this research paper, the grey prediction program, optimal computation program and evaluation of design program are built by using VB6.0. And through computing the living examples, it demonstrates that equal-dimension and new-info grey model of the grey parameter can achieve high precision and its results can be considered as effective parameter to introduce into optimal design model to get an optimal answer. As the annual operating cost got from the optimal computation accumulates as the time progress, its changing tendency accords with the law of the economy increase and demonstrates the advantages of dynamic modeling on grey optimal design. And evaluation of design also shows the advantages of grey relational analysis as its results fit the actual production. |
