Corporate Social Responsibility Study Of Supply Chain In P Company

Based on the rapid development of China's economy,Chinese enterprises have developed rapidly in the economic and technological fields.However,in the aspect of corporate social responsibility,there are only a few large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises are implementing,but the effect and depth of universal implementation are not enough.However,with the development of domestic society and the improvement of employees' quality,the demand for corporate social responsibility has reached an unprecedented height.Especially in the supply chain of corporate social responsibility,the relevant research started late,the depth and breadth of research are not enough.However,at present,the problem of social responsibility in the supply chain of local enterprises is very prominent.For example,the problem of bribery,the quality control of suppliers' products is not strict,which endangers human health.This shows that the problem of social responsibility in supply chain is very serious.Proper handling can not only enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,but also greatly enhance the social credibility of enterprises.Firstly,P enterprises are actively implementing corporate social responsibility,and have achieved rich results.However,there are still some problems,such as the large volume of suppliers which makes the implementation of social responsibility system more difficult.Secondly,there are irregularities in the supply chain,and the synergy effect of the supply chain is very poor.The purpose of this study is analyze from supply chain part,to excavate the implementation problems and future development trends of corporate social responsibility,to solve the problems existing in the implementation of corporate social responsibility for suppliers,and to provide reference for the implementation of corporate social responsibility in China.It can provide experience and reference for enterprises that are implementing and have not yet implemented CSR in China.
