| 3D printing technology has made considerable progress in many industries due to its unique advantages.Faced with the increasing individualization of consumer demand,3D printing technology provides a new way of thinking for it.This paper mainly focuses on the design and research of soap 3D printer.Firstly,the overall scheme is designed according to the material characteristics of soap,and the process scheme based on FDM technology is designed.Secondly,the overall design of mechanical system and control system is completed according to the process scheme.Secondly,the risk assessment is carried out according to the overall design scheme,and the unsafe factors are identified and guided by the mechanical system and control system.The risk is reduced,then the design of mechanical system and control system is completed,and finally the prototype production is completed,and the experimental verification is carried out.In the aspect of mechanical system,the design and selection of spare parts are completed according to the process plan,including six parts: remote feeding device,sprinkler device,three-axis motion platform,cooling device,printing floor device and safety assurance device.Then,UG is used for modeling and assembly,and ANSYS Workbench is used for modal analysis.The rationality of the design is verified by analysis and the production of the prototype is finished by drawing engineering drawings with UG.In the control system,based on the idea of modular design,Arduino Mega2560 is selected as the main controller to complete the design of temperature control system,servo control system and other sub-modules.In the aspect of experimental verification,we selected myristic acid soap as the experimental sample,and analyzed the reasonable parameters of forming temperature,forming speed,thickness under 0.6 mm diameter and 0.2 mm floor clearance.At the same time,the feasibility of the equipment was verified by experiments. |
